Fisher Planning was consulted to assist local registered greyhound trainer and breeder seek a planning permit for animal keeping in a farming zone as required by State and local government requirements and Greyhound Racing Victoria.
 
The application related to a non-commercial - small ‘hobby’ scale greyhound operation passionate about the welfare of this dog breed.
 
Considerations to accommodation, access, hygiene, noise and welfare were part of the application.
 
The application was reviewed by Mildura Rural City Council in late 2016 and conditional approval was granted in December 2016.

Fisher Planning are assisting the proponent with meeting the permit conditions so that development can proceed.
